Mr. Hassan F. Choudhry was appointed as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of UAHPC, having previously served as the Chief Financial Officer since February 2020 and being among the earliest members of the organization. With over 22 years of distinguished experience in finance, accounting, and strategic management, he has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s financial leadership and long-term business strategy.
Throughout his career, Mr. Choudhry has demonstrated exceptional expertise in financial planning, corporate governance, and operational oversight. Prior to joining UAHPC, he served as CFO of a multinational joint venture responsible for the execution and operations of Kuwait’s first Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project, Al Zour North. Earlier, he held a senior leadership role at Ernst & Young, where he specialized in assurance, financial accounting, and advisory services.
Mr. Choudhry is a highly accomplished finance professional, holding prestigious qualifications including Chartered Accountant (ICAEW, UK), ACCA (UK), and CPA (Canada). He earned his Master of Science (MSc) in Accountancy from University College London (UK) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) from Oxford Brookes University (UK). He is also an alumnus of the leadership program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
In his current role as Acting CEO, Mr. Choudhry continues to lead the organization with a strong focus on strategic growth, operational excellence, and sustainable value creation.
