The Umm Al Hayman Wastewater Treatment Project is being implemented under the Public-Private
Partnership (PPP) framework. Any potential IPO-if approved--will involve government-owned shares and will be conducted exclusively through the relevant government authorities, with announcements made only via official channels in accordance with applicable laws
The Company reserves all legal rights to take action against any unauthorized use of its name, trademark, website, or the Project in misleading or unapproved advertisements.
