Delivered under Kuwait’s Public-Private Partnership framework(Law No. 116 of 2014), the project transforms sewage into highly treated effluent for agricultural and industrial reuse — closing the water cycle in one of the world’s most water-scarce regions.

The Umm Al Hayman Wastewater Treatment Project is being implemented under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) framework. Any potential IPO-if approved–will involve government-owned shares and will be conducted exclusively through the relevant government authorities, with announcements made only via official channels in accordance with applicable laws
