Mr. Bakhit is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Mr. Bakhit holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alexandria in Chemical Engineering. Mr. Bakhit has over 40 years experience ranging from the Oil & Gas sector to investment sector. Mr. Bakhit has sat in as Board Member for over 19 notable companies and participated in over 32 oil sector committees. Notable positions held by Mr. Bakhit are Minister of Oil and Minister of Electricity & Water from 2017 to 2018, President & CEO of Kuwait Petroleum International, and Deputy Chairman at KNPC.
