Kuwait, 2020 – Umm Al Hayman For Wastewater Treatment Company K.S.P.C. is proud to announce that the Umm Al Hayman Wastewater Project has been recognized with the IJGlobal Award 2020 for the MENA Region – Water & Wastewater Deal of the Year.
This prestigious recognition highlights the project’s significance as one of the most successful and innovative public-private partnership (PPP) infrastructure developments in the Middle East and North Africa region. The award acknowledges the project’s excellence in financing, development, and execution while reinforcing its strategic importance to Kuwait’s long-term environmental and water sustainability objectives.
In addition, the Umm Al Hayman Wastewater Project was honored by Project Finance International (PFI) as the “PPP Deal of the Year” for the Middle East & Africa Region, marking another major achievement for the State of Kuwait and the project’s stakeholders.
