Ms. Muneera holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of Kuwait in Industrial & Management Systems Engineering. Ms. Muneera has over 19 years experience in the investment sector, working for various institutions like Kuwait Investment Authority, Gulf Investment Corporation and Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects (KAPP). Ms. Muneera areas of expertise include Managing feasibility studies development, evaluating the economic and technical assessments. As part of her role in KAPP she provides recommendations on tendering projects, developing PPP project concepts and selecting qualified PPP transaction advisors, managing the tendering process of the PPP projects in collaboration with other ministries.
