Public Warning on Unauthorized IPO Advertisements
Umm Al Hayman Wastewater Treatment Company K.S.P.C confirms that it has not issued or approved any advertisements or promotional materials related to a public offering of its shares currently circulating on social media or other unofficial platforms.

The Umm Al Hayman Wastewater Treatment Project is being implemented under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) framework. Any potential IPO-if approved--will involve government-owned shares and will be conducted exclusively through the relevant government authorities, with announcements made only via official channels in accordance with applicable laws

The Company reserves all legal rights to take action against any unauthorized use of its name, trademark, website, or the Project in misleading or unapproved advertisements.

The Company bears no responsibility for any losses or damages resulting from engagement with such unauthorized or fraudulent communications. The public is urged to rely solely on official announcements issued through government channels and the Company's official website and platforms.

تحذير بشأن إعلانات غير مصرح بها عن اكتتاب أسهم الشركة تؤكد شركة أم الهيمان لمعالجة مياه الصرف الصحي (ش.م.ك.ع) أنها لم تصدر أو تعتمد أي إعلانات أو مواد ترويجية تتعلق بطرح أسهمها للاكتتاب العام، والمتداولة حالياً عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أو أي منصات غير رسمية. المشروع يُنفذ ضمن إطار الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص، وأي طرح للاكتتاب – في حال اعتماده – سيكون حصراً عبر الجهات الحكومية المختصة، وسيُعلن عنه فقط من خلال القنوات الرسمية وفق القوانين المعمول بها.

وتحتفظ الشركة بكامل حقوقها القانونية لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة ضد أي استخدام غير مصرح به لاسمها أو علامتها أو مشروعها في إعلانات مضللة.

كما تُخلي الشركة مسؤوليتها عن أي خسائر أو أضرار قد تنتج عن التعامل مع هذه الإعلانات أو الرسائل الاحتيالية. نهيب بالجمهور الاعتماد فقط على الإعلانات الرسمية الصادرة عبر القنوات الحكومية والموقع والمنصات الرسمية للشركة.
